MANDATORY COACHES MEETING: Tuesday Aug. 30th, 2011    Bixby Community Center  211 N. Cabaniss   Mens @ 6:30pm  Coed @ 7:30pm          Information packets will be given at the Coaches meeting when the entry fee has been paid.  (6) softballs will only be given away to those who attend the coaches meeting.  It is the responsibility of the team manager to add their teams roster to the NSA on-line website once your team is assigned an NSA sanction number through your email.
