(Includes (1) Dozen NSA Softballs, Free ISSC T-shirt for the Team Manager, and paid sanctioning with NSA.)
Deposit : $200 NEW - $200 Deposit MUST BE RECEIVED by the ISSC office by the DEADLINE to enter
the League. Just entering on-line or mailing in an entry form ONLY puts your team on a waiting list. $200 Deposit
insures your team will be on the schedule.

Park Rec Center - 1500 S. Main st Broken Arrow, Ok
Note: Forfeit Deposit is in addition to your league entry fee. It is a
security deposit to pay the Umpires in the event your team does not show up to play. If your team plays all games,
the deposit is returned on your final night of play.

and receive a Dozen NSA approved Softballs.

2nd Place individual IF league has 8 Teams.
League Starts: SPRING LEAGUE

Rain outs will be made up at the end
of the season. (Time permitting)
All Leagues are double headers, Umpires are $15 per game - paid at game
time.
Deadline: March 16th , 2010
- Deposit of $200 is REQUIRED. Balance of fees will be DUE at the Managers meeting which
will be held Tuesday March 23rd, 2010 6:30pm at Central Park Rec. Center 1500 S. Main
st Broken Arrow, Ok . TEAMS THAT FAIL TO PAY THE $200 DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE IN THE
LEAGUE. $200 Deposit Must be recieved by Deadline.
Foreit Deposit: NEW
- any team forfeiting a scheduled game, is required to pay other teams Umpire Fees. PERIOD!
Deposits will be refunded at the end of season or applied to the next season of play, ONLY if team has no forfeits.
