Official 2010 NSA Player Release Form

A Player may be released if his manager desires, ONE TIME per year. NOTE: RELEASED PLAYERS CANNOT RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL TEAM! A player may be released from a qualified or unqualified team, but can only be picked by an UNQUALIFIED team of the same or higher classification.
This form MUST be in the STATE office and APPROVED, prior to player participating with the new team.

This form is not valid unless it is completely filled out, including signatures and the Team sanction numners.

NOTE: A released player DOES NOT open a spot on the roster. A released player is NOT DELETED from the roster. Please view the NSA rule book for complete listing of rules that apply to rosters and released players.
